Christine Choi

2nd Vice President

Christine Choi is a seasoned communications leader with 10 years of experience at HDR, where she currently serves as the Communications Lead for the Southern California Transportation group. In addition, she plays a key role as the Small Business Coordination Lead on several high-profile mega projects, including the Link Union Station project with LA Metro, the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support project with the Port of Long Beach, Airfield Terminal Modernization Project with LAWA, and the Del Mar Tunnel project with SANDAG. Her passion lies in engaging and strategizing with small business partners to break down barriers, helping them win projects and forge valuable partnerships within the industry.

With a background in working for a Korean Government agency, Christine developed a strong understanding of the inner workings of public agencies. Combined with her extensive experience at HDR, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of both the public and private sides of the business. She is an active member of COMTO SoCal and WTS LA, and have been serving as a board member for the Korean American Civil Engineering Professional (KACEP) for the last 4 years.
