Edna Stanley is a Service Operations Superintendent for Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. She is responsible for the management and oversight of three Metro rail divisions, including revenue line service, passenger station activities, and yard operations. She also develops operating policies and procedures, and service plans for special events and construction activities.
