COMTO Southern California is on the Move!
COMTO provides an opportunity to network with Transportation professionals from different agencies and from various modes of Transportation. The transportation industry in California is booming. LA Metro had projected to complete 28 infrastructure projects completed by 2028, LAWA will be rebuilding terminals at LAX and building a transit system to shuttle customers to the terminals. OCTA is expanding the 405 highway and building a streetcar in Orange County, the first of its kind. Caltrans is updating our interstate highway system. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) adopted the regulation December 14th, 2018 requiring transportation agencies to begin to purchase zero-emission buses as soon as 2023. What a time to be in the Transportation Industry!
There will be opportunities for a small business to scale to a large firm. There will be opportunities for advancement in all agencies. Whether you are a business owner or work for an agency, you must be ready for the opportunities that will present themselves. COMTO can help you!
